I am a full-time Realtor licensed in Californa since 2009. I am currently affiliated with Compass Real Estate Services in Willow Glen in San Jose, CA.

I am a Short Sales & Foreclosure Specialist in San Jose, certified as Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) in California.

I am very knowledgeable about the San Jose real estate market with an expertise in South San Jose neighborhoods such as Almaden Valley, Willow Glen, Santa Teresa and Cambrian Park in particular.

As a buyer's agent, I will help you find and purchase at a fair market price the home that fits your needs and your  financial goals. I will be at your side to help you overcome the pitfalls at each step of the buying process from writing, presenting to negotiating  your offer with the seller.

As a seller’s agent, I will be diligent in addressing your two key concerns: selling price and lead time to sale. With regards to selling price, I will make sure that all assets of your property are properly enhanced to potential buyers. Together, we will define the best strategy to minimize time of your property on the market and leverage all tips available to make your home appealing from the inside and the outside.

Personal background

I am a French native. I have lived in Paris, London, Berlin, and New-York before settling in San Jose in 2007. During my spare time, I enjoy dancing, bargain hunting and interior decoration.
